Your welcome JAG! Can I get you to put your name at the end of each post like I do "-Dr. Pete". That would be great. Well I'm happy that Doug is back. He'll be making his BTR re-premier tomorrow night at 8PM Central. Though it does contradict the schedule for Jenn Of The Jungle I will be listening to it. I want to hear the first hand experience of what happened & I also want to invite Doug onto my show Tuesday night. Predictions are that Doug & his guest's shows will raise in ratings by atleast 20%. With that much ratings on the line I'm hoping Doug's possible guest spot will raise mine to an almost equal amount. Right now my Tuesday night show is struggling as it is the same time slot as Loki's Halls Of Valhalla. I hope you will all listen to Doug's show tomorrow night & My show Tuesday night for the account of what has happened.

Hillarious

Here's a forward I got from a cousin the other day. Usually they suck but this one was pretty good!

For those that don't know about history ... Here is a condensed version:

Humans originally existed as members of small bands of nomadic hunters/gatherers. They lived on deer in the mountains during the summer and would go to the coast and live on fish and lobster in the winter.

The two most important events in all of history were the invention of beer and the invention of the wheel. The wheel was invented to get man to the beer. These were the foundation of modern civilization and together were the catalyst for the splitting of humanity into two distinct subgroups:

1. Liberals, and
2. Conservatives.

Once beer was discovered, it required grain and that was the beginning of agriculture. Neither the glass bottle nor aluminum can were invented yet, so while our early humans were sitting around waiting for them to be invented, they just stayed close to the brewery. That's how villages were formed.

Some men spent their days tracking and killing animals to B-B-Q at night while they were drinking beer. This was the beginning of what is known as the Conservative movement.

Other men who were weaker and less skilled at hunting learned to live off the conservatives by showing up for the nightly B-B-Q's and doing the sewing, fetching, and hair dressing. This was the beginning of the Liberal movement.

Some of these liberal men eventually evolved into women. The rest became known as girlie-men. Some noteworthy liberal achievements include the domestication of cats, the invention of group therapy, group hugs, and the concept of Democratic voting to decide how to divide the meat and beer that conservatives provided.

Over the years conservatives came to be symbolized by the largest, most powerful land animal on earth, the elephant. Liberals are symbolized by the jackass.

Modern liberals like imported beer (with lime added), but most prefer white wine or imported bottled water. They eat raw fish but like their beef well done. Sushi, tofu, and French food are standard liberal fare. Another interesting evolutionary side note: most of their women have higher testosterone levels than their men. Most social workers, personal injury attorneys, journalists, dreamers in Hollywood and group therapists are liberals. Liberals invented the designated hitter rule because it wasn't fair to make the pitcher also bat.

Conservatives drink domestic beer, mostly Bud. They eat red meat and still provide for their women. Conservatives are big-game hunters, rodeo cowboys, lumberjacks, construction workers, firemen, medical doctors, police officers, corporate executives, athletes, members of the military, airline pilots and generally anyone who works productively. Conservatives who own companies hire other conservatives who want to work for a living.

Liberals produce little or nothing. They like to govern the producers and decide what to do with the production. Liberals believe Europeans are more enlightened than Americans. That is why most of the liberals remained in Europe when conservatives were coming to America . They crept in after the Wild West was tamed and created a business of trying to get more for nothing.

Here ends today's lesson in world history:

It should be noted that a Liberal may have a momentary urge to angrily respond to the above before forwarding it.

A Conservative will simply laugh and be so convinced of the absolute truth of this history that it will be forwarded immediately to other true believers and to more liberals just to tick them off.

And there you have it. Let your next action reveal your true self.

HAHAHAHA!!

Osama Bin Lego

Fox News- "The Islamic terrorist figurine called 'Mr. White' that has sparked controversy

A Lego-style figurine resembling an Islamic terrorist strapped with and made by a small American company has caused an uproar among Muslims and non-Muslims alike.

The controversial miniature figure, created by Seattle-based Will Chapman as part of his BrickArms military fighters line, is a bearded militant with a face-covering hood, a tiny toy assault rifle, a little launcher and plastic that can be attached to an es belt.

The character is called "Bandit — Mr. White" and sells for $14.

The jarring toy has outraged the British Muslim organization known as the Ramadhan Foundation, which called the figurine "absolutely disgusting," according to Sky News."

Bout time somebody started tickin off some muzzies. Friggin British towelheads think the world should be handed to them on a silver platter!

~Dr. Pete
Fox News- "It's not unusual for senior lawmakers in Congress to have buildings named after them back home, on account of the money they bring back to their districts. But Obama, who will not assume the presidency until Jan. 20, is the first living politician to have a holiday declared in his name. Two weeks ago, Perry County in Alabama approved a paid holiday, on which public employees will celebrate the historic nature of his victory as the first African-American president.

"In America, we celebrate historic events with holidays," said Commissioner Albert Turner Jr., who was the sponsor of the resolution passed in a 4-1 vote by the Perry County Commission.

"Never again will this event occur in which a person of African-American descent will be the first African-American to assume the office," Turner told FOXNews.com."

Are you kidding me? A holiday? The man is going to be possibly the WORST president of all time & he gets a freaking holiday?!

Merry Christmas All!

Merry Christmas everybody! Now with Christmas right around the corner & with 25 days left until everyone's favorite holiday, I thought I would let you in on a new campaign of mine, only from Dr. Pete. Screw The Holidays is a campaign I have just come out with. I will be uploading a letter on to the blog soon. What I want you to do is print it out, sign it, date it & send it out to as many department stores as you can think of. The letter will basically inform the franchise that you, their customer, would not care one bit if you stopped shopping there & that you intend to do so if they do not cease saying "Happy Holidays" to customer & begin saying "Merry Christmas". I will be attempting to get the AFA (American Family Association) on board with this. Now I invite you, if you are a bigger blogger than me, to take this & run with it. Give it your own name, create your own letter, I don't care. What I care about is getting our message across, that the American shopping industry can go Screw The Holidays!

~Dr. Pete
CNN- "After eight years as senator from New York, Hillary Clinton is trading places, moving from Congress to the incoming administration.
Former President Bill Clinton has been mentioned as a possible replacement for his wife in the Senate.

Former President Bill Clinton has been mentioned as a possible replacement for his wife in the Senate.

On Monday, President-elect Barack Obama announced that he asked his former rival to be his secretary of state.

That means the scramble begins to replace Clinton on Capitol Hill. Among those mentioned to take her seat as New York's junior senator is her husband, former President Bill Clinton."

Reportedly, Monica is very proud.

When a Recession is not a Recession, but merely the possible beginnings of one

Last Spring I optimistically believed that, due to a few positive construction industry signs, the housing market would possibly rebound from its downward spiral. A short burst of activity, spurned on by the industry builders intentions to close their books on projects by the end of the year encouraged a slight, but short, increase in the sales of new homes in some areas around the country. The quick rise of hope, however, was short lived, and immediately afterward the numbers dropped lower than they had been in the months previously.

I never believed the short, but sweet, activity in construction and the real estate market would eventually become a new boom, or that the housing part of the overall economic picture would ever be what it was during the previous housing boom that came crashing down a few years ago. In fact, I am sure there is nobody that truly believes that we will ever reach that level of growth in the real estate market again. I did, however, hope that the activity I saw at that time could possibly be an indication that the bottom had been reached, and a new steady rise of consumer spending in the housing industry may stop the hemorrhaging.

Earlier this year I also indicated in a couple articles that I believe we are not in a recession, nor would we go into a recession should the government stay out of the way and allow the free market to adjust itself naturally as designed by our founding fathers. That is how Capitalism works. Ups and downs historically have created a roller coaster ride of statistics that, through the natural adjustments of the market, partly due to the habits of the consumer, would never allow the system to plunge into a deep depression as long as outside entities such as the government decide to refrain from manipulating the market in order to save us from such an economic catastrophe.

A number of liberals have been sending me messages and comments calling me an idiot and a liar because, as you have probably noticed, the economic downturn has been steadily worsening, and based on my articles of optimism, and the liberal subjectivity and misunderstanding of the written pieces, I obviously (to them) did not know what I was talking about. They have erroneously assumed that optimism considering a possible turn-around on the horizon must mean that I was somehow predicting a one hundred percent increase in the economy, and a return to the glory days of a robust economic engine.

Of course their attacks are an example of a very typical liberal attitude - always looking for that "Gotch'ya" moment.

I, like any other normal human being, understand that nothing is ever "for sure," first of all. Secondly, if these smear merchants of the fringe left were to read what I wrote carefully, rather than with subjective intentions, they would have noticed I repeatedly indicated that we would be fine economically without government intrusion. Capitalism is a self-correcting system, with mild highs and lows that are exaggerated whenever artificial manipulation by government bodies are applied. In short, any government intrusion through bailouts or over-regulation, regardless of the wonderful intention to save us from economic disaster, is literally turning us headlong into economic woes that even Jimmy Carter couldn't create.

Contrary to what the biased media and liberal Democrats are telling you, this is not the worse downturn since the Great Depression, and the Republicans are definitely not at full fault for the current financial difficulties this nation is facing.

However, if the government doesn't step aside right now and get out of the way of the American Free Market, if the weakest links of the economic system are not allowed to fail and fade away or be engulfed by larger and stronger institutions in their corner of the industry, and if the consumer (and government) doesn't stop living beyond their means while gladly accepting government welfare checks, we will be in for an economic disaster beyond imagining.

On the horizon are worse things than a housing downturn, credit crunch, and rising oil prices, should the current move towards more government involvement in the economy continue.

But are we currently in the worse economic pickle since the Great Depression, as the Democrats and Barack Obama proclaim, and ran their campaign on as they crammed unwarranted change down the throats of the unassuming voter?

Let's take a look at the numbers and decide from there.

When it comes to economic statistics, most will tell you the true indicator of a recession is the Gross Domestic Product, or GDP. This number is the output of goods and services produced by labor and property located in the United States. And the Gross Domestic Product did indeed decrease in the third quarter of 2008. . . but this hardly makes for a recession. Aside from a meager 0.2 drop in the fourth quarter of 2007, the last time we have experienced a negative percentage change of the GDP was -1.4 during the third quarter of 2001 - a number nearly triple the -0.5 we experienced last quarter. Negative numbers also appeared during the first quarter of 2001 and the third quarter of 2000. Some may say that those were a residual effect from the Clinton years.

If you compare the third quarter of 2008's drop of -0.5 of the GDP to the -3.0 of the last quarter of 1990, or the -2.0 of the first quarter of 1991, the current strain seems to be a minor hiccup. The numbers after the end of Jimmy Carter's mismanagement of our economy are even more alarming (-7.8 1980 2nd QTR, -0.7 1980 3rd QTR, -3.1 1981 2nd QTR, -4.9 1981 4th QTR, -6.4 1982 1st QTR, -1.5 1982 3rd QTR). Judging by the GDP, this is hardly a recession, and hardly the worst economic downturn since the Great Depression. However, in order to convince the people that the Republicans were bad guys, and "Change" was the only thing that could save us, the Democrats had to paint the economy as gloomily as they could.

Some folks quote the unemployment numbers as being an indication of a recession, and that unemployment is spiraling out of control worse than any year since the Great Depression. The current 6.5 unemployment rate seems high if you compare it to the numbers over the last 10 years, even though the percentages remain within a point or two of each other all the way through that period. During the Great Depression unemployment rates topped over 20%, and in some years nearly reached 25%, well above the current 6.5%. In 1975 the unemployment rate was 9.0, in 1982 it reached over 10%. Once again, though the unemployment rate is higher than it has been in the last five years (and among the highest over the last ten years), it is hardly as high as it has been before, and hardly at a point that it will take major government influence to save us from disaster.

My point, I believe, is clear. The media and the liberal left created hysteria about the economy being the worst it has been since the Depression, and they did so soley for political reasons. It turns out that not only is this liberal information not true, if anything, our economy is only experiencing a minor bump in the road and has been essentially healthy over the last eight years of President George W. Bush. However, the bailouts, increases in taxes (business taxes, capital gains taxes, estate taxes, etc.) that Obama has suggested, and other government manipulation can (and will if put into place) send us into an economic direction that could prove to be exactly what the Democrats were swearing we were in the midst of already.
As Ronald Reagan proved after the recessionary years that followed the disastrous Jimmy Carter presidency, Fiscal Conservatism can not only change the direction of the economy, but lead us into years of prosperity. This is why it is so important that we begin now in planning to place Conservative Republicans (not moderates) into Congress in 2010 (as happened in 1992). The last time that happened, during the early 90's, the budget was balanced and the country returned to a few years of economic prosperity. However, if we do not inject fiscal conservatism back into the government, and get liberal government out of the way of Capitalism and the Free Market, then what we are seeing now will continue to worsen, until finally we will wind up in a full blown recession with the Democratic Leadership fumbling around searching for excuses and opportunities to blame someone other than themselves.

Powell Endorses Obama

"Colin Powell, the man who delivered to the United Nations the U.S. case for war against Iraq, said he is going to vote for Barack Obama for president.

The former secretary of state for President Bush said the next individual to serve as president of the United States will have to reach out to the world community, and he believes Obama has both style and substance to be successful in that role

"I think he is a transformational figure coming into the world stage and for that reason I'll be voting for Barack Obama," Powell, who also served as President George H.W. Bush's Joint Chiefs of Staff chairman, said on NBC's "Meet the Press."

A spokesman at the Obama campaign told FOX News the candidate is pleased with the support.

"It was anticipated in some political circles, but I think it will be news to most Americans and it's good news to our campaign," said Obama adviser Brad Woodhouse.

Powell said with two weeks left until the election, he will not campaign for the Democratic presidential candidate."

Traitorous piece of trash.

My Review Of American Carol

OK folks I've had a pretty good day. One of the things I did was go see American Carol. Here's my reveiw.

Plot: Terrorists, feeling they need a new recruitment ad, enlist the help of "Michael Malone" a Liberal documentary maker. He agrees to help them on one condition, the movie has to be HIS script. While this is all happening Malone is working on a Campaign to abolish the fourth of July. He is visited by four spirits (General Patton, George Washington, Trace Adkins & JFK) who help him learn the true meaning of July Fourth.

Good- This is a Conservative film with lots of punches at the Left. It shows support towards the military as it's strong point. It seems to really do it's purpose of getting under the Left's skin.

Bad- These guys don't know what they've come across on some of this stuff! They don't use the majority of their stuff nearly long enough. I am still begging to see more Rosie O'Connel!

Conclusion- This is a great movie that will keep you laughing from start to finish. I recommend you go see it IMMEDIATELY!!

Key members of Congress claimed agreement Thursday on an outline and crucial details of an urgent multibillion-dollar plan to stave off national economic disaster, but a historic White House meeting with President Bush, the two men fighting to replace him and other congressional leaders broke up with conflicts in plain view.

Government Control Of Failing Banks Inches The U.S. Closer To Becoming A Socialist State

Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, along with a boat-load of foolish borrowers, failed to heed the warnings that the huge housing bubble Americans were experiencing through the nineties and early millennium would come to an end. The borrowers, fueled by the greedy hopes of selling their houses for a profit in a couple years, bought homes they could not afford with loans that were destined to increase in cost should they not unload the home in time. The banks failed to raise enough cash to reassure the investment community they would be able to survive a severe downturn in United States home prices.

Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae, in order to encourage more buying, and in an attempt to push their profit margin to the limits, relaxed their standards in order to buy more loans. Wall Street banks also lowered their standards in the hopes of cashing in as well. Greed and arrogance carried the wave for a short time, but like with anything, what goes up must go down.

A glimmer of hope popped its head up last Spring when builders began building the final build-outs of projects, and a number of them sold rapidly. Industry experts hoped that the industry would see these few sales as a move back in the right direction, and held their breath for a moment to see if a new bubble would begin to expand. However, cautious in this new housing environment, the builders remained happy to only work on the final houses of their last projects so that they could simply close their books on the projects by the year's end. No new projects emerged, as some had hoped, and the bubble deflated before it had a chance to grow.

Now, the banking industry is in a crisis. As usual, there are those faint little calls by some Americans screaming, "The government has to do something about it!" And so, as some would expect from a President with Globalist leanings, and a Congress with the hopes of America becoming a Socialist Nation, the government has announced that it will take over the two mortgage giants, Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae.

It is being called a monumental move designed to protect the mortgage market from the failure of the two companies. The intervention will cost taxpayers billions, and the news of this governmental takeover of the banks follows news that more than 4 million American homeowners with a mortgage, a record 9 percent, were either behind in their payments, or in the process of foreclosure.

The two mortgage giants lost $3.1 billion from April to June, half of that coming from risky loans with ballooning monthly rises. While the companies claim to have enough resources to withstand the losses, the belief is that at the current rate of loss their financial cushions are not enough, and the companies will eventually find themselves in a position of not being able to fund their operations.

The result of this "rescue package" is the exposure of taxpayers to billions of dollars of potential losses, a wipe-out of common stockholders, and it could end up being costly to scores of investment, banking, and insurance companies.

Fannie Mae was created in 1938 in an attempt to increase home ownership across the United States, and to enable Congressional Oversight into the industry. The sale of the idea to the American Public was that everyone had a "right" to home ownership, and the government was going to make sure it happened.

Thanks to Franklin Delano Roosevelt's Socialist Programs of the New Deal, the notion that it was an American's "right" to own a home by means of government subsidies was so firmly entrenched in the American mindset, Fannie Mae not only grew, but in 1968, as a part of Lyndon Johnson's societal engineering agenda, Fannie was converted into a private corporation and the ability to guarantee government-issued mortgages was switched from Fannie Mae to the federal government's newest creation, Ginnie Mae (Government National Mortgage Association). This meant that Fannie would begin to operate with private capital on a self-sustaining basis.

In 1970, Fannie Mae was authorized to buy conventional mortgages, and by the 1980s it began to purchase second mortgages and adjustable-rate mortgages. In the 80's it also commenced its mortgage-backed securities scheme.

Between Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac (another GSE), the largest source of cash for home buying in the United States was in existence, and they accounted for almost 50% of all mortgage bonds sold through April of 2007. Since the beginning of 2006, however, over fifty mortgage companies discontinued operations, claimed bankruptcy, or sought a buyer. Fannie Mae, however, continued to flourish until recent months. Since the end of March 2007, Fannie Mae's stock price increased by almost 20% whereas the S&P 500 Index had risen only 8.1% by July of that year.

Fannie Mae was a New Deal innovation, created by and for the federal government. This gives it different abilities and freedoms than your usual corporations, which are generally chartered by the states. The sole purpose of this federally chartered, quasi-private entity was to directly intervene in the housing market while avoiding a more conspicuous regulatory apparatus governed by rules. This allowed the government to advance and steer the government's progressive entitlement programs put in place by the New Deal without anyone ever really taking notice. Meanwhile, Fannie Mae expanded into mortgage insurance, sub-prime mortgages, and non-mortgage investments, exposing taxpayers to a massive risk of default or bankruptcy.

The Founding Fathers wrote the U.S. Constitution to limit the powers of the Federal Government, and they were specifically suspicious of judges and banks. The first step toward the centralization of banking through the Federal Reserve Act which was signed into law by Woodrow Wilson, a Democrat. The New Deal Programs by FDR, and the expansion of entitlement programs by Lyndon B. Johnson, were strictly against what the Founding Fathers intended, and these Democratic Party programs are now falling apart because of their unconstitutional characteristics.

As the government now takes another step towards centralizing control over banks, and further expanding entitlement programs, the consequences for poor decisions by individuals are not being paid. Now, with this program to bailout mortgages and save the banks, the taxpayers that were not driven by greed and arrogance are being punished.

Government manipulation is the cause of the problems we see rising in the economy and banking system. And government manipulation, and control, is going to exacerbate the problem. As painful as it may seem, to straighten out this mess the banks need to collapse, the home owners who are currently in foreclosure need to lose their homes and move into more affordable accomodations like apartments, and we need to all buckle down, and get through this together, without government intervention.

If we don't bear the burdens of our mistakes as individuals, before the next dozen years are finished, we will be steamrolling in the direction of socialism, the "privilege" of home ownership will be gone, and it will take a revolution to turn us around to head back in the direction of liberty, and the American Way.

Protesting Violence With Violence at the Republican National Convention, St. Paul, MN

The goal of anti-war protesters, most of the time, is to send the message that "violence begets violence." Some of them have no problem with some of the war effort against radicals that cause terror, and their only complaint is Iraq. However, a large portion of the anti-war left are against war of any form, even if used as a defensive measure. They are entitled to their opinions. They have the ability to protest as they do because of the blood shed by our military heroes.

The problem I have is that their argument is against war, against violence, but more often than not the protests by these people become violent, as they are becoming in St. Paul.

Isn't that just a bit hypocritical?

According to the Associated Press, "Thousands of protesters descended on the city hosting the Republican National Convention Monday, some smashing cars, puncturing tires and throwing bottles in confrontations with pepper-spray wielding police who arrested at least five people."

On Fox News there have also been reports of fires being started, and many of the groups causing general mayhem throughout parts of the city of St. Paul.

As a side note, organizers hoped for 50,000 protesters, but only about 8,000 showed up.

Remember, these are the people claiming they are protesting the violence of war.

If violence begets violence, then why are these protesters so violent?

Exit - Stage Left: California's Proposed Departure Tax

From Political Pistachio:

Ronald Reagan knew that government was (and still is) the problem, not the solution, to the problem. He once said, "Government's view of the economy could be summed up in a few short phrases: If it moves, tax it. If it keeps moving, regulate it. And, if it stops moving, subsidize it."

In California the economic and social environment has become so hostile to many, that a mass exodus has begun. People are leaving California in droves, as the illegal aliens gladly move in to set up their squatter villages.

The left has taken control of California, and the state has become a battleground in America's war over values. Californians have been pushed with their kindness, their willingness, their openness, their leniency toward aberrant behavior, government control, and out of control taxation. When is enough enough?

The Liberals in California act upon all of their urges in all situations, letting it all hang out, following their guiding principle: If it feels good, do it. Anyone who disagrees is labeled a bigot, and then is run out of town, or at least pressured to do so if they don't wish to participate in the antics of Hollywood and San Francisco, California's own Sodom and Gomorrah.

Those that have self-respect and want better for their families, neighbors, and the sake of the country, are leaving. Those of the Right have values that keep them from taking a drink, lighting up a joint, or hopping in the sack with anyone that wants them to. Conservatives, more often than not, are the kind of people that drop to their knees and pray for strength, rather than give in to the worldly debauchery.

And as these people of values do what they can to escape California, as well as owners of successful businesses who have found it more and more difficult to conduct business in California because of all of the regulations and fees and taxes, the Liberal Left is doing what it can to take what it can from them as they leave.

A ballot proposal is underway in California that would amend the State Constitution with a Wealth Tax. Specifically, this is an additional tax to be levied against high valued property, and high income (between 36.5% - 54.3% one-time tax) should a resident die, or decide to leave the State of California.

The writer of the proposal is a CPA and liberal activist by the name of Paul McCauley. In addition to taxing folks for trying to get out of California (or simply dying, for that matter), the proposal imposes an additional 17.5% tax on total incomes of taxpayers with income exceeding $150,000 (which, considering the cost of living here in California, that is not really that high of an income) if single, or $250,000 if married; imposes an additional 35% tax if income exceeds $350,000 for a single person or $500,000 for a married couple, and requires the State to acquire shares of specified corporations to influence environmental policies and practices.

No wonder right-minded people are trying to get out of this idiotic State.

Why would anyone want to live in California with the rules we have, especially if this proposal were to pass?

The Liberal Democrats are basically saying that the American dream is a bad thing, and they will make it impossible to achieve such. And, if by some remote chance you do reach that dream, and become highly successful and prosperous, the government is going to step in and make sure you pay for it heavily so that you will never really truly get there.

This proposal is California's way of saying, "Hey, welcome to success, cough it up before you enjoy it, please. How dare you succeed!"

Give me a break. A 55% wealth tax? Hollywood folks won't mind that too much because they have so much frickin' money they use it as kindling in the fireplace. As for the rest of us, under this rule, that is a lot of money to have to cough up - and if your business is barely operating in the black because of all of the regulations and fees already imposed, the soup line is right around the corner.

An exit/death tax? Are you kidding me? Since we want to get the heck out of Dodge, they are going to try to fence us in with this? And then if you couple this with the Federal Estate tax, in the end, no one can financially afford to die. So much for me being able to leave anything to my kids. Also, if Business "A" moves from San Francisco to New York the CEO has to cough up at least a 36.8 additional percent of both income and the unrealized appreciation he may have in asset that are valued in excess of $5 million. Remember, he is already paying 90% plus (With a producer's existing Federal Income taxes, existing State Income taxes, payroll taxes and the many other taxes imposed, high producers will be lucky to net much of anything on their earnings. A self-employed individual could have a marginal tax rate in excess of 90%. Could you live on 10% of what you make?). This part of the ballot proposal was added to prevent a mass exodus that is already happening. A lot of money is leaving California because of the unfriendly environment to business and success, and they are simply trying to stop the bleeding.

And keep in mind that the businesses being targeted by this, those horribly successful corporations that are somehow ruining America in eyes of the idiot Left, are the individuals that are producing growth and jobs. These targeted businesses that are now finding it hard to do business in California are the major driving forces behind the State economy. A tax like this removes all of the incentive to do any of these things, and is simply another reason to get out of California. In the end, these entities with either move to another state, or they will stop producing.

Why work extra hours to make a measly 10% of your earnings when you could spend it with your friends and family elsewhere?

The goal of this proposition is to gain revenue from the rich, give it to the poor, and keep anyone from leaving the State of California. Idiotic taxes like this ballot proposal actually do the opposite of what they desire. Instead of gaining revenue, they scare away more of the businesses that keeps this economy moving, which in the end takes away more jobs, and leaves more people in the poor-house. The left doesn't seem to understand that a profit driven economy needs profit to survive. The American Dream is all about that profit. Removing any and all rewards for producing and making more money will only do one thing - turn the high producers into takers, and make more people poor.

Democrats believe there is a class war going on, and wishes to eliminate the classes so that we can all be the same. At the rate they are going, they will be a rousing success soon, because the class war will soon come to an end because there won't be any rich left. In the end, there will no longer be any disparity between the classes because we will all be poor - except for those elitist politicians who will rule from the top with the absolute power of regulations, fees, and taxation.

There is about two days of voting left for the Heading Right Awards. At last look I was 13 votes out of first place for best show, and a few more votes back for best host.

Now, the following is the transcript of my speech at the Heading Right Convention:

I am sitting here with a United States Navy hat upon my head, and a God Bless America shirt on my body. I served this nation with pride, and a patriotic love in my heart. I created Political Pistachio to spread the good news of Conservative values - To share with the world what America's moral compass is really all about.

While the Democratic Party is whipping up into a near-frenzy about dividing America in Denver with more hatred and anti-Bush rage, we are here on Blog Talk Radio at this Heading Right Convention celebrating the greatness of America.

The leftist Democrats constantly try to overcompensate their claimed beliefs in heartland American values, portraying themselves as a party of the people, proclaiming their humble origins, blue-collar beginnings, and religious convictions. Such hypocrisy.

Their positions continuously oppose American values, despite how much they try to convince us otherwise.

It is the conservatives that stand for the traditional family and the defense of marriage, less cultural pollution, educational choice, freedom of religion, fiscal restraint, pro-life, the right to bear arms, lower taxes, an end to junk lawsuits, and a general patriotic support of our fine men and women of the United States Military.

It is Conservatives fighting for a strong American Moral Compass while the liberal left is putting condoms on cucumbers, telling 8th graders that they're really gay and they need their own high school, shutting down the Boy Scouts because they support a straight and patriotic life, suing businesses on false pretenses, and jack hammering the Ten Commandments from all public displays while trying to remove God from the public square and our lives.

America's greatness is a direct result of America's strong moral compass. Our moral values as a people demands high standards of right and good conduct. The direction of societal behavior is in direct relation to our moral belief system. Our moral beliefs, in turn, directly affects our overall culture, and political system.

In the Old Testament it says that you reap what you sow. An old secular saying supports that, saying what comes around goes around. The United States has prospered for that very reason. Right is right and wrong is wrong, and this nation has always tried to do what's right. But we must remember it was the people of this nation, not the politicians in government, that made this nation prosper.

A strong central government is not capable of doing what is right because a strong moral compass is not its reason for existing. Big government exists to protect itself, and to spawn more big government. Its enslavement of the people then becomes an addiction to power, a never ending need for more and more.

The party of change desires to convince you that big government is what you need. The Democrats wish to reprogram our moral compass. The liberals support the genocidal murder of innocent, unborn lives, calling it "choice" to justify the horrific murderous practice. They support the destruction of the traditional family and the silencing of those of faith that would speak out against the radical homosexual agenda - and they call it a civil rights movement, rather than an attempt to justify a behavior that has long been considered an abnormality. The liberals have used the courts to override the moral compass of the American people. They have used the schools to indoctrinate our children to teach them to reject America's moral compass. They have assaulted us with a pop-culture of sex that is plagued with promiscuity, disease, and is pushed by the biased media and entertainment industry. And they do this in the name of change and hope. . . but what they are really doing is destroying morality in America.

Abortion on demand, a radical homosexual agenda, attacks on religion, and disarming America is not the kind of change I desire.

I believe Americans are smarter than that. This great nation is prosperous because the people refuse to succumb to such bondage. We are patriots that love our country and realize that our political tendencies rely on our moral convictions as a people. We reject the cheapening of life, and destroying the traditional family. We refuse to allow the state to take our children from us and indoctrinate them. And we reject laying down our arms so that an enemy can incrementally invade and alter our society.
This nation was founded on strong moral values, and America prospered because we always used our moral compass as our guide. And tonight, here at the Heading Right Convention, we have joined together to tell the nation that we will fight to protect it, and we will defend it against all enemies, foreign and domestic.

And the trueness of the direction of our moral compass is most apparent in the actions of our heroes, those soldiers and sailors that serve to protect us.

Greater love than this hath no man than that he lay down his life for his friends.

Our fine members of the U.S. Military faces evil daily, and they fight that evil to defend our liberty.

But the battle rages here as well. You and I are the warriors on the homefront. The enemies of America have realized that to bring down our civilization all they must do is confuse the standards of moral behavior.

The moral compass of America is crucial to defend, for if it falls, so does America.

My Friends, defend her, fight for her. United We Stand, Combined We Kick Butt.

God Bless America, and God Bless You.

Jerome Corsi, Controversy, and Political Pistachio Radio

Tonight on Political Pistachio Radio Dr. Jerome Corsi must meet controversy head on!

Dr. Jerome Corsi, staff writer for World Net Daily, has suddenly found himself in the midst of a violent storm of controversy. The WND writer, this week alone, has been the object of numerous television and radio shows as the media tries to wade through the information contained in the book, and determine if the book is truly filled with falsehoods, or is a well researched piece of literature that takes a close and hard look at the Democratic Presidential front-runner, Barack Obama.

The book at the center of the controversy is, The Obama Nation: Leftist Politics and the Cult of Personality. The Huffington Post calls the book, "...one of the worst political books ever written. Corsi piles distortion upon innuendo to create a gigantic heap of right-wing garbage, with a seemingly endless parade of basic factual errors running through the text like rats. Corsi's book is an embarrassment to the craft of journalism, and any of the conservatives who have praised and promoted it should feel humiliated at how bad it truly is." Media Matters writes that The Obama Nation "contains numerous falsehoods about Sen. Barack Obama." Even Conservative talk show host and Townhall writer Hugh Hewitt exclaims about the book, "Corsi's from the fringe. . . the book contains errors."

Hugh Hewitt, however, also points out that the Obama Campaign has given us an "absurd set of non-responsive responses," and that, "Now they botch a gimmie -- defining Corsi as a nut while not putting attention on the charges he leveled."

Sean Hannity has stated that The Obama Nation "may have made his [Obama's] campaign a bit nervous."

Joseph Farah, founder of World Net Daily, says about the controversy surrounding the book, and Jerome Corsi, "Unlike most of the critics of The Obama Nation, I have actually read the book from cover to cover. It is a thoroughly well-documented piece of first-rate journalism. Are there mistakes in it? Show me a first edition that doesn't have some – other than the Bible. But is it truthful? Does it add considerably to the public's knowledge of the front-running candidate for the presidency? Do we know much more about Obama than we would had we relied exclusively for our information from the New York Times, the Los Angeles Times, the Washington Post and the Associated Press? I offer a resounding 'yes' to all three of those questions. I am privileged to call him my friend, colleague and co-worker. I stand with Jerry Corsi today as he is viciously maligned by an attack media that would prefer to aim its potent artillery at a man who dared to do their job when they refused, when they laid down, when they sucked up, when they failed to ask the tough questions, when they took sides."

In response, Barack Obama's advisers have been tracking Corsi's media appearances, quickly telephoning producers to react to the book's charges, and last night, the Democratic presidential candidate's campaign issued a 40-page response to the book.

The Democratic National Committee has its own rapid response team to take aim at Corsi's book, saying, "One of the most vile smear peddlers of the 2004 election has found a new target. We cannot afford to let Corsi get away with the same dirty tricks that fooled so many people in 2004. We can't rely on the media to hold him accountable – in fact, the sheer brazenness of the lies is attracting even more coverage. The media have shown that they aren't going to stop him. It's up to you to spread the truth."

So, what is the truth? Is this book a classic smear job? Or is Corsi's book simply caught up in the crosshairs of the leftists because it hits a chord? Is Dr. Jerome Corsi a discredited liar peddling garbage in order to help continue Bush-Cheney politics? Or is he a simply being lynched by the mainstream media and Democratic Party for daring to write the truth? Be the judge yourself. Read the book, and listen to what Dr. Jerome Corsi has to say tonight on Political Pistachio Radio.
The show airs live at 10:00 pm Eastern Time, but will be archived for later listening for those unable to listen live. Access the program HERE.

Georgian Invasion Bush's Fault Says Russia

"Russians were told over breakfast yesterday what really happened in Georgia: the conflict in South Ossetia was part of a plot by Dick Cheney, the Vice-President, to stop Barack Obama being elected president of the United States.

“George Bush's Administration is promoting interests of candidate John McCain,” said Dr Markov. “Defeated by Barak Obama on all fronts, McCain has one last card to play yet - the creation of a virtual Cold War with Russia . . . Bush himself did not want a war in South Ossetia but his Republican Party did not leave him any choice.” The Americans were now engineering an armed conflict between Ukraine and Russia, Dr Markov added."

Jenn Of The Jungle Being Censored

Jenn Of The Jungle, host of TPJ radio & the author of www.screwliberals.com & www.jennspoliticaljungle.com, is being censored by BTR. Her avatar depicting a can that said "Wup Ass" was apparently deemed offensive by BTR officials. So she was asked to change her avatar. She, always screaming defiance, changed it to "Wup Fill In The Blank". Now she has been kicked out of Heading Right Radio. Why? Well we don't know yet. Tell BTR how you feel about this by E-Mailing them at:

Little Singing Girl At Olympic Opening A Fraud!

Apparently the Chinese have shown how honorable they are once again with a new breaking news story! As it turns out this little girl who sang Ode To The MotherLand (all good little commies know that one) at the Olympic Opening Ceremony wasn't actually singing! That's right she was lip-syncing!! Apparently there was a contest for the best little girl singer. The little girl who won was an amazing singer, however she was quote: "bucktoothed & rather corn fed" so all the politically correct commies replaced her with the little angel you see above! To find out more tune in to the Dr. Pete Show this Friday night at 7 Central/8 EST!

President Bush Orders Humanitarian Airlift to Georgia

As three U.S. Strike Forces prepare to arrive in the Persian Gulf to enforce a partial blockade of Iran's ports, President George W. Bush has ordered a U.S. Air Force - Navy humanitarian airlift to Georgia. The President demanded that Russia open all routes for delivery of humanitarian aid.

The U.S. has also begun to airlift Georgian troops back to the pro-western former Soviet Republic, declaring America's unwavering support for Georgia's democratic government while demanding that Russia cease all military acts and for Russia to withdraw from the positions it has taken since the conflict flared.

No Oil Here, 8 Million Reasons to Question Dems, and A Blogger Retires

As if you needed anymore evidence that Democrats just don't get it, or in my opinion give their allegiance to San Fran Nan rather then folks who put them in office here is yet another life long politician repeating tired old talking points. The Price in this posting is Rep David Price (D-NC04). The folks in this district have a chance to get rid of this guy. He has a Republican opponent, B J Lawson.

Anyways, what really creams my wheats about this mailing is a section he called “Drilling Down the Rhetoric”, wherein he calls expanded drilling a “deeply flawed” idea. He opposes offshore Atlantic drilling because “it would be a dangerous gamble with our state’s important tourism and aquatic resources”. No, Congressman, a dangerous gamble is relying on oil from countries who hate us and who are in a militarily unstable part of the world. And I suggest you ask Brazil and Norway, two countries who have had great success with offshore drilling, how much of a detriment it is to their aquatic and tourism resources.

Price goes on to say that according to the Energy Information Administration’s Annual Energy Outlook, 2007, Atlantic and Pacific drilling “would have no significant impact on production or prices before 2030″. Well, I may not be an energy expert, but I call “BS” on Price and that study. Expanding the supply during a period of heavy demand will almost certainly bring prices down, and it won’t take 23 years to build a damn oil platform or to see price reductions.

$8 million dollars on one Senate race? That is what the Dems are planning to spend in an attempt to unseat Elizabeth Dole in North Carolina. I am as tired as the next guy of all the money being spent to buy elections. Politics has become a cottage industry in America, with untold millions being spent on campaigns. I sometimes wonder how bad our economy would be without the infusion of cash coming from all these campaigns.

National Democrats, already spending nearly $1 million on an ad against Republican Sen. Elizabeth Dole, apparently plan to spend an additional $7 million after Labor Day.

And yet another blogger is hanging up his hat.

Yahoo.com... Olympitus

Yes it would appear that the search engine giant Yahoo.com has caught a bit of the Olympitus (the irrational obsesion with the Olympics). They're not the only ones. It would appear that everyone, exempt your humble blogger of course, has caught some Olympitus. THey're everywhere. I've been in Destin all day. I was planning on taking a nice day off from politics however, it would appear that politics are indeed... EVERYWHERE. I ate at O'Charlies & they had the Olympics on, so I traded seats with me dad on the oppesite side of the table. Low & behind what's on that TV? C-Span. Now I must admit that I'm not boycotting C-Spsn & it was on silent but I couldn't help but think about politics. For instance: isn't it sad that instead of live footage from the House Of Representitives that they were showing the "Young Bloggers Of America"? (which by the way includes the author of 750 Volts & the founder of Teens For Clinton & is headed by the author of Daily Kos) This is just my 2 cents

On the announcement front: Douglas Gibbs of Politicalpistachio.com has agreed to become a co-author for the blog! I hope ya'll enjoy the variety he will bring for hopefully a very long time!

Georgia Withdraws Troops From South Ossetia

"Georgian troops retreated from the breakaway province of South Ossetia on Sunday and their government pressed for a truce, overwhelmed by Russian firepower as the conflict threatened to set off a wider war.

Russia deployed a naval squadron off the coast of another of Georgia's separatist regions, Abkhazia, and its jets bombed the outskirts of Tblisi, the Georgian capital.

Georgia's Security Council chief Alexander Lomaia said he hoped the Georgian withdrawal would be a first step toward a cease-fire. "We communicated that message beforehand to the Russians through (U.S. Secretary of State) Condoleezza Rice," he said.

Georgia, whose troops have been trained by American soldiers, began an offensive to regain control over South Ossetia overnight Friday, launching heavy rocket and artillery fire and air strikes that pounded the provincial capital, Tskhinvali."

-Yahoo.com

Well that's a nice signal to send the Russians. "When they push... you roll over!"

Russia Invades Goergia

"Yesterday the world received news that Russian tanks and troops had surged into Georgia's breakaway province, South Ossetia, in order to repel a Georgian offensive to reclaim the region. At that point, fighting was said to have left hundreds dead.

Fierce clashes between Russian and Georgian troops erupted in the southern suburbs of South Ossetia's capital Tskhinvali. Georgia was under heavy bombardment from Russian planes.

In short, Russia has started a full-scale military invasion of Georgia."

-Doug Gibbs of politicalpistachio.com

Now I'm not the expert but it seems to me that America may need to get in there & kick Russia's butts to the curve. But that's just me.

Bernie Mac Rest In Peace

Comedian Bernie Mac died today at the age of 50. The hospital confirmed his cause of death being complications with pneumonia. Goodbye Bernie Mac. You will be missed.

The Olympics

Well folks I'm sitting in the office listening to my dad watch the 2008 Summer Olympics hosted by Beijing. Now you may or may not have heard but China ain't my favorite country. The air quality is so bad there are nickel sized pieces of pollution floating in the air! The American Cyclist Team actually arrived in gas masks! Now they're apologizing! For what?!?! There are people who LIVE in Beijing that walk around in gas masks! How the hell are we the reason for glo-bull warming when the air in Beijing is GREEN?!?!

I doubt I even have to tell you about Tibet! We're talking about the country with the most human rights violations since the USSR! The protesting students who were shot down in cold blood in downtown Beijing because they were holding picket signs! There was a man just 2 weeks ago who was standing in front of the Olympic complex holding a sign that said "Tibet Will Be Free". He, 2 men & a woman (who by the why didn't even know him) were immediately carted off & haven't been heard from since!!

Now the Chinese government is mandating that all hotels in Beijing put spy programs on their computers so the gov can know what the guests are searching for! They also have banned the words "Tibet" & "Dolly Llama" from search engines like Google!

Way to go Olympic Committee! What a wonderful place to hold the Olympics! The entire plan where this makes them less Communist back-fired! They're more insane now than they were before! These people had the nerve to roll their eyes at President Bush when he said there were human rights violations there! Dammit Bush if you want to make a statement, DON'T GO!!!!

Why Isn't CBS Advertising This Townhall Meeting?

On Monday, 11 August, there is going to be a big townhall meeting in the Ft. Hood, TX area made up of active and former military members as well as their families. CBS has agreed to air it live form 9 to 11 PM. Senator McCain will be there but Barry O will be vacation in Hawaii, like the rest of the Democrat party. The one theme that could sum up the Democrats is on vacation. Or out to lunch.
I went to the CBS main website to get information on the show and their website does not list this event. Instead their lineup for that night shows Two and a Half men, Adventures of Christine, and CSI Miami. I checked some of the other links thinking that maybe it just wasn't updated on the main page but I could find no mention of it. So is CBS going to air the program or not? If they are why aren't they promoting it? I don't watch enough tv to know if they have shown any commercial concerning the show or not.
So I am calling on all the blogger community and will reach out to the #dontgo crowd to try and get the word out.
Just another example of old media deciding what is best for you?

Okay Republicans here is another idea for a commercial. Think of the scene from Ferris Buellar's Day Off where Ben Stein is standing at the front of the classroom and repeating Buellar, Buellar....
except now make it Barack, Barack, and somehow tie in all of his present votes.

Now I know I don't usually bother you guys more than once a day but this just needs to be said. Have you ever turned away from the flag of this great nation when the pledge of alliegence was said? I know most of you would say that when you were in school you would get suspended for that. My homeroom from last year (a Liberal) actually said, & I quote "I will kick the a** of any student in here who doesn't respect this flag or this nation". Well now they are allowing kids to turn away from the flag when the pledge is said. WHAT THE HELL?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? Quite frankly I would slap those unpatriotic idiots. I would b!t(h slap those idiots!!!!

The BCA has now announced that children who turn their noses up at foreign foods should be deemed as RACIST. Are you kidding me? Kids that don't like foreign foods are racist? I don't like Sushi. Am I a racist? I don't like Italian pizza (it actually isn't as good as American pizza) How am I a racist for not liking certain foreign foods but yet Pflager is a member of the community? Are you kidding me? They said that children as young as THREE YEARS OLD could be deemed as racist!!! WHAT!?!?!?!?!?!?! Did you like all foreign foods when you were three? Did the idiots who made this decision like all foreign foods when they were three? I mean really, how stupid are these people?

Hello all. Well the search engine supergiant Google: Your #1 Libtard Search Engine, has once again proved their worthlessness. Not since Memorial Day has Google been so anti-American. Once again Yahoo has trumped them. They have once again shown thier love for America. They have an animated flag shaped in the YAHOO logo. Go Yahoo again. They are the real ones. Quite frankly I'm going to delete my gmails the next time this happens. I urge you all to do the same.

Hello to you on this wonderful second day of July. We are on the countdown to Independence Day! Once again I want to say that Joe & I will hopefully be doing a show live from our local fireworks display! Now I also want to talk about Obama. He apparently has predicted that "He knows what kind of campaign they (The GOP) will run. They're going to say, he's inexperienced, he's liberal & did we mention? He's black?!". What I find interesting about this is that I haven't once heard a Conservative suggest not voting for Obama because he was black. Now being inexperienced & being a Liberal are reasons to not vote for someone. But being black has nothing to do with it. I hate it when someone I've never even met, who has never even so much as seen a picture of me calls me a stupid racist redneck. Who are you to judge me? I bring up the fact that the man is an elitist with Marxist tendencies & suddenly I'm a racist? Are you kidding me? Because I haven't been Obamatized? What? I thought this was America. I thought this was the place where you can voice your opinions & not be looked down upon. Guess not. In the words of Douglas Gibbs "Freedoms Lost".

Have you forgotten? Why don't we have the passionate hatred for the perpetrators of 9/11 that we had while watching the footage? While we saw it on our television screens happening live? What is wrong with us? Have we lost our patriotism? Have we become so wrapped up in our own lives that we forget why we're fighting this war? Why do we even have a trufer (yes I meant to spell it that way) movement? Is it because we, as Americans, don't want to believe that someone can hate us the way they do? It seems we want to be liked as a nation. It seems we can't resist the urge of international popularity. Maybe we just can't fathom someone we've never even met, wanting us dead. The question remains, why do they hate us? Why do they want us dead? To answer this question we must look to their religion. They believe that if they kill themselves & take enough infidels (non-believers) with than they have achieved their purpose if life. The trick is to kill them before they get to us. We must destroy any threat to the US or her allies. If we do not accomplish this than we, as a nation, have failed. As for all you trufers out there, get a life. Learn some facts, & become a little more sensitive towards those who lost loved ones on that day.

Hello all. Praise God (yes I capitalized God) that the Supreme Court finally made the right decision. Today they ruled to abolish the ruling that made DC a gun free zone. What's disturbing is that it was a 4-5 vote. I would think something like the 2nd amendment would get a higher approval rating. It really is sad. Do we not see how far we have gone? "the right for a militia to bare arms". My Webster's 1991 edition defines militia as "a militant group called upon to defend an object or an idea.". In my mind that means anyone is a militia. Now I've heard the question roaming around BTR from the Left asking if owning a gun is Godly since God is anti-violence. That isn't true. The Bible says that God will raise up a standard against the enemies of the people of God. That means we Christians have the right to kill anyone who threatens us. Yes libtards I said kill. If someone enters my home & threatens me (yes I'm 12) I will go to where my guns are, get one, & kill the person. I will not hesitate to fire. As Doug from Political Pistachio says, "the only way you will leave my home is in a body bag". I know where the guns are in my home. We happen to have 3. Two handguns & one rifle. The handguns have interesting stories. One of them was taken from the body of a Nazi my great grandfather shot in WW2. It has the Nazi eagle & Swastika on the butt. The other belonged to one of my great great great great grandfathers who was a frontiersman in the West. My family has been fighting for this nation's freedom since it's beginning. I have relatives in the Revolutionary War. One of them was actually a double agent who reported directly to Washington. Don't tell me about self-defense. Self-defense runs in my freaking veins!

From The Frontlines

The grand finale for the push will take place on June 26th when a Jerry Lewis style 8-hour Internet Telethon ("From the Frontlines") will take place. This cutting edge production “From The Frontlines” will be broadcast live online by UStream.tv and hosted by Melanie Morgan & Michelle Malkin. Live and taped reports will be broadcast from our troops serving in Iraq & Afghanistan during the historic 8-hour event.
Complete information can be found here.

For all the liberals who for 5 years have chanted and proclaimed that you support the troops but not the mission, it is time to put your money and your actions where your mouth is. Or will the fact that the event is sponsored by conservatives allow to create yet one more excuse to dismiss the effort?

Well I have to say that I'm sick of the libtard crap around btr. Doug was considering leaving not only btr but his blog also. It is solely that of the left to threaten people they disagree with. Thank You to Dr Pete

I want to thank Dr Pete for extending an invitation to me to come over here once in awhile and post items on his blog. This is his blog, and Dr Pete is one of the finest, and smartest young men I have had the pleasure meeting.
I firmly believe that the future of conservatism must be vested into the younger generation, and Dr Pete certainly represents those sentiments nicely. It is so good to meet a young person of his caliber.
I became acquainted with Dr Pete via Blog Talk Radio, BTR, and I am very impressed at the manner in which the young man carries himself and his grasp of the American political scene.
I encourage people to allow the younger generation to explore American politics, not only as a civics lesson but to develop a deeper understanding of just how our country's government works.
Since this is a site that should be devoted to the younger folks I am going to try and keep my involvement to a minimum, since I too want to hear from younger folks, to see what their concerns are and what they want to see from their politicians. You are the future and we should always be looking to the future.
I wish Dr Pete the best of luck in connecting with the younger people, and I look forward to reading your comments and reading Dr Pete's take on things in his world.

Hello again all. I want to talk a bit about governer Charlie Crist. As you my know Crist is one of the VP hopefuls in the Presidential election. He has now changed his mind about drilling in the Gulf Of Mexico. I have to wonder though... is this not just a ploy to appease the likeminded John McCain? I'll be talking about that on my show today. www.blogtalkradio.com/the-great-dr-pete. If that link is wrong you can go up to the search bar & type in "Dr. Pete". What's with this gay stuff in Commiefornia? What is wrong with them? Marriage is a religious happening. There is no religion that actually allows for homosexuality. Why not just let them have a Civic Partnership? I know Jenn from www.jennspoliticaljungle.com. She is from Southern Commiefornia. She says that there were 200 people who were lined up to marry these people. Their boss said that if someone didn't want to marry the gays they didn't have to. 2 people said they didn't want to. Now there's a big thing about it. Why can't they just marry a hetoro couple? That's what I think for today.

Hello all. I'm listening to BTR show after BTR show in order to get some stuff to talk about. Gays seem to be the big talking point lately. Ever since Saturday's episode of Political Pastatio, where Doug talked about homosexuality & manturnity leave. A gay guy called in & did a prank called. Thank his flaming homo friend called in & did another prank call. I got Doug to give me the area code. It's 423 for those of you BTR hosts out there. That's the Frisco area. I'm definitely gonna talk about that today. I also want to talk about VH1 & their new idiotic commercial. They are releasing the latest of their "I Love The..." decade satire series. It's called "I Love The New Mellinium". Fine. Make the new series. In fact I was looking forward to it when I read about it on the web. Than I saw the commercial. Lets just say I will not be watching it, in fact I will be leading a boycott on the series. The commercial goes as follows. We see Bush sitting in his office & the phone rings. He picks it up & says "Hello?". We see Cheney on the other end in hunting gear. He says "Watsup?" Bush goes "Whatsup?" Than Condi calls. This is the part that made me mad. She has buckteeth & says "WHATSUP!?!?!" That's what made me mad. The woman is a certified GENIOUS OK. You call me racist for acknowledging racism? You just called one of the smartest black women in the world! That's all for today.
